Job Title: Service Designer
Contract Length: 6 months
Location: Leeds Wellington Place (Hybrid)
Day Rate: 300- 600 (Inside IR35)

We're looking for an experienced Service Designer to help deliver seamless digital experiences and shape services that put customers first.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate within agile teams to define priorities, outcomes, and scope.
- Shape initiatives using customer and market insight.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Conduct research and document current and future state services.
- Contribute to building a strong service design community.
What we're looking for:
- Strong background in service design, design thinking, and user research.
- Skilled in journey mapping, prototyping, and stakeholder engagement.
- Confident working in agile environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
