Client Details
Our client are a bespoke manufacturer who sell their products direct to consumers across multiple channels and outlets. This role will join the senior marketing team and will focus on driving service levels, along with driving internal sales performance
Description
- Lead, motivate and inspire a customer service & internal sales team to deliver against company wide objectives
- Create a customer centric culture across the department
- Contribute to the commercial perforamcne of the business through internal and reactive sales
- Ensure the team have all the knowledge and tools available to be successful in role
- Work cross functionally with sales, planning, production and logistcs to create a consitent appraoch for customers
- Create and implement a service and sales plan for the department to support business objectives

- Experience within a commercial custmer service environemnt
- Ability to drive performance
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Strong attention to detail
Job Offer
- £40,0000 salary plus bonus
- Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
