We have an exciting, ongoing temporary opportunity for this well-respected automotive company in Leeds. This fully office-based role will support a busy team within their Customer Services Team. The successful candidate will be available immediately and be able to commit to this ongoing opportunity within a friendly and hardworking team. Working 9-5.30 Monday-Friday, your day will be varied, and tasks will include;
- Support the internal Account Executives, providing the highest level of service
- Process customer orders
- Co-ordinate the dispatch of orders
- Manage and respond to customer queries
- Manage returns
- Issue credits and debits
- Deal with all courier enquiries
- Support on an ad hoc basis the wider team
This is a varied opportunity to work within a friendly and hardworking team, the successful candidate will be able to commit to this ongoing, temporary role, you will have;
- Minimum of 2 years customer service/ administration experience
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- An enthusiastic team player
