Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Location: Leeds, LS7
Salary: £34,(Apply online only) – £45,(Apply online only) + Bonus
Hours: Full-Time (including alternate Saturdays: 1 in 2 or 1 in 3)

Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join our busy sales team. You’ll be responsible for managing incoming enquiries, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales from our provided customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Proactively manage and grow relationships with existing customers
- Provide accurate quotes, product information, and order updates
- Work closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions
- Support the branch team with general sales and customer service duties
- Work alternate Saturdays (1 in 2 or 1 in 3) as part of the team rota
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in internal sales, within a builders merchant or construction-related industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- Team player with a proactive attitude
