The Role:
As the Chef you will be working at Leeds/Bradford Airport, you'll have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team:
- Ensure the food is to the highest standard and keep up with the busy environment
- Ensure the buffet is stocked and appealing to the customer
- Keep up to date with menus and what food is on offer
- Offer a warm and friendly service
- Ensure COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are followed
- Ensure the highest cleanliness standards are met and adhered to
Shifts: 5 days over 7/ 40 hours per week.
The role - Chef requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts on a rotational basis including a requirement for early mornings, weekends and bank holiday working. Hours will be 8 hours per day with a half an hour unpaid lunch break
3am start - 11am finish or 10am start - 6pm finish
In the job you'll be tasked with the following:
Requirements:
- At least 1 Year experience
- 2 year's employment history available upon request
- Pass a UK criminal record check
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A strong work ethic and 'can-do' attitude
- Reliability and punctuality
- UK right to work
In addition, you'll need the following:
- An excellent communication, team work and customer service skills
- An experience minimum of 1 year's ( desirable)
- A flexible attitude and a team player
