The role
As a head chef for this site, you will write the menus for the site, you will work with suppliers to ensure the menu is in keeping with the traditional style. You will ensure the sections are all ready for service that the dishes leaving your kitchen look great. They are award winning and proud to be award winning, so the plates need to reflect this. You will ensure everything runs smoothly. This role includes all the standard head chef duties
Expeirence
We are looking for a head chef from a fresh food background, you will ensure everything runs smoothly in your kitchen. As this role reports into a Exec chef, this role could be suitable for a sous chef to step up if your currently writing menus or a head chef looking for a kitchen that is all fresh food.
