What Youll Be Doing

  • Leading and managing the day-to-day kitchen operation with calm authority
  • Ensuring every dish leaves the pass with consistency, quality, and pride
  • Overseeing prep and service while training and supporting the team
  • Managing stock, placing orders, and controlling waste
  • Keeping the kitchen spotless, safe, and efficient
  • Working closely with FOH to deliver a seamless guest experience
  • Taking an active role inmenu development and seasonal specials
  • Bringing energy, ideas, and professionalism to the kitchen team

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager role is ESSENTIAL
  • Experience with Japanese or Asian cuisine is a huge advantage
  • A confident, supportive leader who can motivate and develop others
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food hygiene standards
  • Calm, organised, and focused during busy services
  • Passionate about food, teamwork, and high standards
  • Someone who wants to be part of a close-knit team and a Leeds institution, not just clock in and out
