Key Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the Managing Director the account manager will initially have a number of key areas of responsibility namely:
- To develop a professional relationship with a portfolio of clients in order to retain and develop their business relationship with the client, delivering strong customer service, technical and field support to your portfolio of clients.
- Working closely with the client’s customer service helpdesk teams to deliver first class customer service and support to a portfolio of clients.
- New Business Development through cross selling services and maximising opportunities within existing clients.
- Reporting to your fellow management team members on the monthly performance and activity of allotted accounts.
- The aim is to achieve the company’s vision of being the “most respected property maintenance and FM services brand.” In a manner consistent with the company’s 3 core values.
