Package – Car + Health + Pension + Bonus This is an excellent opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join the sales team of one of the main players in the hire industry. They supply tools and equipment and services to the construction industry. They are seeking an Area Sales Manager with hunger and talent for winning new business with the confidence to open new doors and continue to grow accounts.

Role

  • You will be responsible for the increase in company revenue on accounts.
  • Work closely with the regional sales manager and field sales team.
  • Lead generation by identifying and targeting specific sectors, maximising conversion rate
  • Deliver maximum spend on newly acquired accounts
  • Meet agreed revenue and profit targets
  • Deliver high level of customer care in line with customer SLA’s

Required Skills:

  • You will need experience in a field-based sales role within the construction industry.
  • Ability to build long lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Proven track record in sales results and a strong motivation to develop.
  • Full product training will be given as well as continuous support.
  • Valid driving license.
