- Proven success in capital equipment sales (shredders, crushers, screeners, chippers etc.)
- Industry experience in waste, recycling, construction, or related sectors
- Familiarity with OEMs or main dealer operations
- Confident cold caller with strong new business development skills
- Technically minded, with the ability to assess customer needs and provide customized solutions
- Able to juggle multiple projects and demands – strong organizational skills are a must
- Autonomous self-starter with the ability to manage their own schedule effectively
- Deep regional knowledge and network within the designated territory
