Based in Yorkshire, this is an exciting opportunity for a commercial candidate based within Facilities & Property services to join one of the country’s best workplace providers and directly improve your earning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of the Managing Director the account manager will initially have a number of key areas of responsibility namely:
  • To develop a professional relationship with a portfolio of clients in order to retain and develop their business relationship with the client, delivering strong customer service, technical and field support to your portfolio of clients.
  • Working closely with the client’s customer service helpdesk teams to deliver first class customer service and support to a portfolio of clients.
  • New Business Development through cross selling services and maximising opportunities within existing clients.
  • Reporting to your fellow management team members on the monthly performance and activity of allotted accounts.
  • The aim is to achieve the company’s vision of being the “most respected property maintenance and FM services brand.” In a manner consistent with the company’s 3 core values.
