Business Development Manager - MSP

Leeds - Hybrid/2 days on site

Up to £50k base with uncapped commission

Role overview:

Oscar Enterprise have partnered with a Leeds based MSP, with over 25 years of experience in delivering high quality IT hardware and support solutions. They are continuing to expand their loyal client base and are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across managed and professional services.

The purpose of the role is to generate new business by acquiring net new logos, expanding services within the current client base and collaborating with other teams to deliver tailored service solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive net new logo acquisition across managed services, professional services and CSP products.
  • Engage with existing hardware/software partners to identify service opportunities.
  • Own the presales process from qualification to closure, working with internal technical teams to define requirements and build proposals.
  • Deliver licensing consultancy (Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, SentinelONE) with a focus on Microsoft license administration and ongoing support.
  • Develop and execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, webinars) to drive pipeline growth. You will own demand generation activities and the business will support with marketing investment where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience driving sales in an MSP environment
  • Familiarity of selling Managed and Professional Services
