You will be part of a proactive and busy team and will take the lead when it comes to your clients., you will own the relationships and commercial success of your assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
You must come from a B2B background and have experience with working across key accounts, nurturing growth and the long-term strategy. Ideally you will come from a supply chain/logistics background

key Responsibilities
- Drive growth across your customer portfolio through retention, cross-selling.
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key stakeholders.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Deliver strategic account planning and execution aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across finance, procurement, operations, and tech.
- Lead customer meetings, including monthly KPIs and quarterly business reviews.
- Manage escalations, resolve challenges swiftly, and continually enhance the customer experience.
- Track key metrics and project performance to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

- Proven experience in customer experience or account management, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
