Regional Sales ManagerLocation: M62 Corridor & Surrounding AreasWe are working with a forward-thinking company in the electrical safety and compliance space that are looking for an ambitious and experienced Regional Sales Manager to take the lead across the M62 corridor and surrounding postcodes. If you're someone who thrives on building relationships, shaping strategy, and driving meaningful growth, this is your chance to step into a high-impact role within a trusted and growing brand.  This position plays a central role in expanding the company’s presence across key sectors including electrical contracting, facilities management, utilities, wholesalers, and OEMs. You’ll be the driving force behind growing market share—taking innovative, safety-focused solutions to a wider audience and ensuring customers understand the value and reliability of the products on offer.  Your day-to-day will be far from routine. From running live product demos and delivering hands-on workshops, to advising senior stakeholders on the right tools for the job, you’ll be expected to combine technical confidence with commercial know-how.  You’ll work closely with clients to understand their challenges and tailor solutions that meet both operational needs and compliance standards. There's also plenty of opportunity to represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and key industry events—making sure you’re always at the heart of what’s happening in the field.  We’re looking for someone with a strong background in regional sales, with experience in the electrical or testing equipment industries who has sold in to FM or large national contractors.  A solid understanding of electrical systems is essential, though full product training will be provided to get you up to speed. You should be comfortable managing your own territory, using CRM tools to stay on top of leads, and reporting with accuracy and insight.
