Sales Executive - £30,000 OTE £75,000 - Leeds - Monday to Friday Hours

We are on the look out for experienced Sales Executives for our expanding cosmetics business in Leeds! Are you looking for a Sales Executive role that will offer uncapped commission for closing sales for pre-set appointments and the opportunity to earn in excess of £100k? Then look no further, this is the Sales Executive role for you!

The package for Sales Account Manager:

  • A basic salary of £30,000
  • An uncapped commission structure and OTE of £75,000, top performers in excess of £100,000
  • Monday to Friday hours - enjoy your weekends!

The role of Sales Executive:

  • You will work through a pre-populated diary of teams appointments
  • Each day your diary will be booked with pre-qualified teams consultations with potential customers
  • Spending quality time with each customer you will understand what their needs and goals are
  • You will then present the products and solutions via teams
  • You will go through payment options and close the sale
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • There is no cold calling in this role

What we're after for the Sales Executive:

  • Proven track record in sales or a strong desire to build one- we are looking for any form of sales experience: Door to door, face to face, field, phone based, retentions, recruitment, insurance sales...
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Comfortable consulting with customers via teams
