- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 3-4 people to deliver outstanding results and customer service.
- Set clear targets and incentive schemes to drive performance and reward success.
- Oversee the lead management process, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Monitor lettings activity daily, identifying trends and making recommendations for marketing improvements.
- Conduct local market research to ensure rents and offers remain competitive.
- Collaborate with the Estates Manager to ensure properties are well-maintained and presented to a high standard.
- Work with the Marketing team to ensure all property advertising, photos, and descriptions accurately reflect the brand.
- Provide senior management with performance reports and actionable insights.
- Promote innovation and continuously seek ways to improve processes and team performance.
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in sales and people management. (However would consider other backgrounds)
- Property industry experience preferred; a strong understanding of the sector is essential.
- Track record of success in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Commercially astute, target-driven, and highly organised.
- Valid UK driving licence required.
- Competitive basic salary with uncapped OTE (circa £60,000).
