This brand-new role offers the chance to shape processes, motivate a growing team, and drive business performance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.We are seeking a proactive leader with proven sales management experience, ideally from a property or lettings background, who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 3-4 people to deliver outstanding results and customer service.
  • Set clear targets and incentive schemes to drive performance and reward success.
  • Oversee the lead management process, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor lettings activity daily, identifying trends and making recommendations for marketing improvements.
  • Conduct local market research to ensure rents and offers remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with the Estates Manager to ensure properties are well-maintained and presented to a high standard.
  • Work with the Marketing team to ensure all property advertising, photos, and descriptions accurately reflect the brand.
  • Provide senior management with performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Promote innovation and continuously seek ways to improve processes and team performance.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience in sales and people management. (However would consider other backgrounds)
  • Property industry experience preferred; a strong understanding of the sector is essential.
  • Track record of success in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Commercially astute, target-driven, and highly organised.
  • Valid UK driving licence required.
