We are currently recruiting for a rapidly growing Cybersecurity solutions provider for the role of SDR Team Manager. What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and development of Sales Development Representatives, ensuring the team is fully staffed, engaged, and consistently high-performing
  • Drive performance through targeted coaching and training, consistently delivering high-quality meetings that convert into a qualified sales pipeline
  • Continuously refine sales processes and outreach cadences, while ensuring optimal use of tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Cognism to boost team productivity and efficiency
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Channel, and Sales Leadership to align on pipeline generation strategies and deliver actionable, data-driven insights to the CRO through robust reporting

Main Skills/ Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling SDR or Inside Sales teams within a B2B environment is essential
  • Experience engaging SMB and mid-market is preferred and highly valued
  • Prior experience in the Cybersecurity or SaaS sectors is required
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales strategies, lead generation best practices, and proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
