Description
- Develop and implement category strategies with a bias towards the technology spend.
- Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance supplier performance.
- Manage end-to-end supplier relationships, including negotiations, contracts, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align category strategies with business goals.
- Monitor and report on category performance, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain for the technology category.
- Support the development of procurement policies and best practices across the organisation.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members within the procurement team.
