In this Senior Engineer role, you will be working on a major city-centre cycleway scheme, where you will:
·Lead on quality management across the project.
·Support and guide the site team to maintain high construction standards.
·Oversee elements of urban landscaping and associated civil engineering works.
·Ensure accurate site documentation, compliance and technical delivery.
·Gain hands-on project leadership experience that directly supports your progression into an Agent role.
To be successful as a Senior Engineer, you will bring proven experience in civil engineering, highways or public-realm schemes. You'll be confident overseeing site activities, managing quality processes and working collaboratively with supervisors, subcontractors and project managers. A proactive approach and strong communication skills will help you excel.
You will receive a salary of £50,000, along with a supportive benefits package and structured development. You'll also have access to ongoing training and a clearly defined career progression route.
