Mechanical Project Manager

We’re working with a well-established building services contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager on a permanent contract to deliver two major new build projects in the North East.

These are large-scale new-build warehouse developments, ready for the installation of services, offering long-term stability and the chance to be involved in high-profile, well-resourced schemes from early stages through to completion.

You’ll take full responsibility for the mechanical packages across two live projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing mechanical services on large new-build projects

• Planning and coordination with site teams and subcontractors

• Client and stakeholder liaison

• Cost control, variations and commercial awareness

• Managing RAMS, quality and H&S compliance

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager

• Background in large-scale projects

• Strong leadership skills

• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and live sites

• Full UK driving licence
