We are seeking a passionate and driven Salaried Partner Building Surveyor who is keen to progress their career as part of a close-knit team. Project sectors are varied and include public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare, commercial and insurance. You will play a key role in client development, financial planning, team leadership and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on delivery of building surveying services
  • Leading projects, with regular co-ordination of in-house multi-disciplinary design teams
  • Developing and managing client relationships
  • Supervising, supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
  • Overseeing technical quality through reviews and guidance


Skills & Experience Required

  • MRICS qualified
  • Consultancy experience in the Leeds market
  • Commercially minded with a strong interest in business development
  • Able to manage a personal workload independently
  • Confident in managing and guiding team members on project delivery
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Positive "can-do" approach
  • Broad and in-depth technical knowledge across building surveying
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication
