We are seeking a passionate and driven Salaried Partner Building Surveyor who is keen to progress their career as part of a close-knit team. Project sectors are varied and include public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare, commercial and insurance. You will play a key role in client development, financial planning, team leadership and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on delivery of building surveying services
- Leading projects, with regular co-ordination of in-house multi-disciplinary design teams
- Developing and managing client relationships
- Supervising, supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
- Overseeing technical quality through reviews and guidance
Skills & Experience Required
- MRICS qualified
- Consultancy experience in the Leeds market
- Commercially minded with a strong interest in business development
- Able to manage a personal workload independently
- Confident in managing and guiding team members on project delivery
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Positive "can-do" approach
- Broad and in-depth technical knowledge across building surveying
- Strong analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication
