What We're Looking For
- To be considered, you will need:
- A degree in Building Surveying or a related subject
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar building surveying role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in IT packages, including AutoCAD
- Willingness to travel for site work - a full UK driving licence is desirable
Your Role Will Include
- Supporting project delivery across areas such as CDM, project management, contract administration, and drawing development
- Assisting with professional services, including condition surveys, dilapidations, and party wall matters
- Collaborating with surveyors, architects, and designers to deliver quality outcomes
- Contributing to a range of commercial and residential projects across the region
