The role:
You'll deliver specialist building surveying services to clients across a variety of sectors, including offices, retail, industrial, and healthcare. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Dilapidations advice and negotiations
- Refurbishment projects and contract administration
- Pre-acquisition surveys and technical due diligence
- Building condition assessments and reports
- Clear, practical advice to clients, ensuring commercial objectives are met

- Commercial property experience
- APC candidates looking to develop, or MRICS-qualified surveyors ready to take the next step.
- A solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to deliver clear, actionable advice to clients.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- A pragmatic, commercially aware approach-we value professionals who can provide straight-talking advice and help clients navigate complex property challenges.
