My client are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their dynamic Building Design Practice in Leeds, supporting a broad range of exciting projects across the North region.
聽
Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to deliver a full suite of Building Surveying services across a variety of sectors, including education, local government, healthcare, and infrastructure.
聽
聽
You will be:
聽
路Delivering a wide range of Building Surveying and Project Management services
路Undertaking condition and measured surveys, defect analysis, and professional reports
路Managing projects from design through to delivery, including small to medium-scale refurbishments
路Performing Contract Administration duties using JCT and NEC contracts
路Supporting repeat business and contributing to new business development
路Working closely with high-profile public and private sector clients

You will need have the following:
聽
路Degree qualified in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
路Chartered (MRICS or MCIOB) - or working towards chartership
路Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively across all levels
路Experience with public sector bodies (e.g., local authorities or government agencies) is desirable
