Job Title- Building Surveyor
Location- Leeds
Contract Length- 3 months minimum (ongoing)
Hourly rate- 22-26 p/h
Are you a qualified building surveyor with local authority experience looking for your next contract?
We are working with a local housing provider that are looking for a building surveyor with social housing and repairs experience.
As a contract building surveyor you will;
- Carry out pre and post inspections for voids, repairs and planned works
- Diagnose complex repairs and advising the repairs team on necessary works
- Overseeing contractors undertaking works and providing updates
- Provide technical advise to the repairs team and wider property service team when required
As a contract building surveyor it is required that you;
- Have a relevant building surveying or construction qualification(s)
- MRICS is preferred but not essential
- Clean drivers license with business insurance
- Social housing and repairs experience
As a contract building surveyor, you will receive;
- 22-26 p/h (flexible based on qualifications/experience
- Long term contract with likely extension
- Early Friday finishes
