We're on the hunt for a Chartered Building Surveyor who's ready to take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and provide honest, high-quality advice to a wide-ranging client base. You'll also play a key role in mentoring a junior team member working toward their APC - a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out detailed building and condition surveys on commercial properties
- Advising clients through feasibility studies and project strategy
- Managing contracts from pre-construction to completion
- Leading on dilapidations assessments and negotiations
- Delivering practical, reliable, and client-focused consultancy services
What We're Looking For
- MRICS Building Surveyor
- Strong technical background across surveys, feasibility, contracts, and dilapidations
- Confident communicator who enjoys building client relationships
- Problem-solver with a proactive, hands-on attitude
- Skilled in using industry-standard software and reporting tools
