Chartered Building Surveyor (Remote)
Location: Remote – Yorkshire based.
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role
My client is a forward-thinking, RICS-regulated building consultancy offering tailored surveying and project services to both public and private sector clients across the UK. As they continue to grow their offering, they’re seeking a skilled Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team on a fully remote basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified surveyor who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the chance to work with a small and growing team—without being tied to a specific office location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a wide range of professional surveying services, including:
    • Condition surveys and asset assessments
    • Dilapidations and technical due diligence
    • Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) reports
  • Project running- inception through to completion
  • Produce technical reports, schedules, and contract documentation

Requirements

  • MRICS qualified (or equivalent chartered status)
  • Minimum 1-year post-qualification experience
  • Strong technical knowledge and report writing ability
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely
  • Positive, proactive, and client-focused attitude
