What you'll do:
聽
路Lead Building Surveying, Project Management, and Contract Administration commissions.
路Own client relationships; develop repeat business and support bids.
路Produce surveys, reports, specifications, drawings, and tender documentation.
路Undertake inspections, condition surveys, construction monitoring, and snagging.
路Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental procedures.
路Manage financial performance and invoicing via internal PM systems.

What you'll bring:

路Chartered (MRICS or equivalent).
路Strong technical breadth: design, advisory, and contract administration.
路JCT expertise; NEC3/4 exposure preferred.
路Excellent client-facing skills; confident communicator and team leader.
