The Role of the Principal Fire Engineer
- Lead fire engineering projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring compliance, innovation, and exceptional quality.
- Deliver on a wide range of

- Mentor and develop engineers across the team, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Take ownership of project delivery, budget management, and client satisfaction.
- Support business growth through client relationship building and proposal development.
The Principal Fire Engineer
- Degree-qualified in Fire Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Significant experience delivering fire safety strategies across diverse sectors.
- Chartered status (CEng / MIFireE) or working towards it.
- A proven leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of UK fire safety legislation, codes, and standards.
