Customer Service Administrator-

Our fast-growing client based on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre are looking for an experienced Customer Service candidate to join their team on a 3-month basis.

FULL TIME OFFICE BASED

�10-11ph.

  • Responding to queries via phone/email.
  • Managing a busy inbox.
  • Building rapport with customers.
  • Assisting with ad hoc Administration tasks for the wider team.
  • Follow up calls to ensure a excellent service is being provided.
