The Role

  • No cold calling! You'll manage a warm portfolio of clients.
  • Build strong relationships by introducing services and products.
  • Manage ongoing customer relationships for both ad hoc needs and long-term contracts.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products.
  • Prepare and send competitive quotes promptly.
  • Support the preparation of contracts, long-term agreements, and detailed proposals.
  • Assist Finance in expediting overdue payments and resolving billing issues.
