Responsibilities

  • Identifyandpursuenewbusinessopportunitieswithinassignedterritoriesthroughproactiveoutreachandnetworking.
  • Developandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithexistingclients,ensuringhighlevelsofcustomersatisfactionandretention.
  • Conductface-to-facemeetingswithpotentialclientstopresentproductsorservices,tailorsolutionstoclientneeds,andnegotiatefavourableterms.
  • ManageapipelineofleadsusingITtools,maintainingaccuraterecordsofinteractionsandsalesprogress.
  • Collaboratewithinternalteamstoensuretimelydeliveryofproductsorservicesandresolveanyclientissuesefficiently.
  • Organiseandprioritisedailyschedulestooptimisevisitroutesandmaximisesalesopportunities.
  • Stayinformedaboutindustrytrends,competitoractivities,andmarketdevelopmentstoidentifynewsalesprospects.

Requirements

  • ProvenexperienceinB2Bsales,withstrongnegotiationabilitiesandatrackrecordofmeetingorexceedingtargets.
  • Validdrivinglicencewiththeabilitytotravelextensivelywithintheassignedterritory.
  • ExcellentcommunicationskillsinEnglish,bothwrittenandverbal,withtheabilitytoengagediverseaudienceseffectively.
  • Strongorganisationalskillswiththeabilitytomanagetimeefficientlyacrossmultipleclientvisitsandadministrativetasks.
  • ProficiencyinITsystemsforcustomerrelationshipmanagement(CRM),reporting,andschedulingpurposes.
  • Customerserviceorientationwithaprofessionalattitudeandtheabilitytobuildlong-termclientrelationships.
  • Goodorganisationalskillstoplandailyrouteseffectivelyandprioritisetasksaccordingly.
