About the RoleWe are working with a well-established B2B manufacturing business in Leeds, looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator to join their growing commercial team.
This is a key role supporting the sales function—handling customer enquiries, converting quotes into orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. There are excellent career progression opportunities, with a clear path to become an Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities-
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner

Gather technical and commercial information to prepare accurate quotations

Convert quotes into sales orders and ensure all necessary details are logged correctly

Chase outstanding quotes and follow up with customers to progress opportunities

Liaise closely with internal teams including sales, production, and logistics

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order progress

Build strong relationships with customers and provide ongoing support

Experience in a sales support, customer service, or admin role (ideally B2B or manufacturing)

Confident, professional communicator – especially over the phone

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proactive and resilient, with the ability to handle a busy workload

Comfortable working with systems and confident using Microsoft Office

Salary between £26,000 and £28,000
