Job Duties:

The Group Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to promote the company's objectives and enhance its reputation. This includes crafting internal and external communications, managing media relations, and overseeing the company's public image.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a communications role (the role is a mixture of internal and external communications, although the main focus is internal comms) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proficiency in developing and executing communication strategies
  • Understanding of media relations and crisis management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Internal Communucations experience, ideally within a medium to large size organisation
Working Conditions:

The Group Communications Manager will work in an office environment, with occasional travel required for meetings and events.
