Job Title: B2B Telecoms Team Leader / Coach

Salary: £26,000 £28,000, dependent on experience
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated B2B Telecoms Team Leader/Coach to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines team coaching with active outbound calling. Initially, youll spend around 7080% of your day cold calling, supporting a team of four, with the goal of booking face-to-face meetings to discuss handset upgrades with B2B clients.
As the team expands, youll gradually step away from day-to-day calling and focus more on leadership, coaching, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold call prospective B2B clients to generate interest and book appointments
Coach, support, and motivate a team of 4 cold callers to consistently hit targets
Provide ongoing training, feedback, and performance monitoring
Engage with decision-makers to present telecoms solutions effectively
Support team growth and development through structured coaching and leadership
Use CRM and Microsoft Office tools to track activity and manage pipeline
Contribute to the overall strategy and development of the sales team
