With a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, the company delivers efficient and effective service solutions across various sectors.The Site Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the site service team. Acting as the central point of communication between internal departments, clients, and subcontractors, the coordinator will ensure smooth project execution from planning through to completion. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Job Planning & Coordination:

Manage incoming job requests and prepare job packs

Coordinate labour, equipment, consumables, and PPE requirements

Liaise with stores to arrange and ship site boxes
-
Book accommodation and travel with consideration for cost-efficiency
-
Ensure timely delivery of spare parts and materials
-
Communicate with site supervisors to finalise job details
-
Oversee training schedules and vehicle compliance (e.g., LOLER, PAT)
Job Execution Support:

Serve as the single point of contact during active jobs

Process and manage additional requests for labour, spares, hire equipment, and accommodation
-
Liaise with clients and site managers for approval on job changes or extras
-
Provide weekly updates and maintain progress reports
Post-Job Activities:

Consolidate all job-related paperwork to prepare for invoicing
-
Coordinate the collection of hired equipment from site
-
Ensure site boxes are returned and restocked for future use
-
Distribute close-out reports and follow up with clients
-
Arrange administrative days and document completion
Ongoing Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage PPE and consumable inventory

Upload and maintain relevant documentation in CRM systems

Schedule training for engineers and ensure certifications remain valid

Assist with contractor approvals and maintain required HSE documentation
Candidate Requirements:

Strong communication and organisational skills

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience coordinating field-based or service teams

Understanding of health and safety requirements and compliance documentation
