Site Manager needed on a new build apartments close to Leeds. This will involve overseeing internal trades from 2nd fix to finishing.

Duties of this role will include:

- Day to day site supervision

- Producing RAMS

- Health and safety

- Subcontractor co ordination and supervision

Requirements:

- SMSTS, CSCS Black

- Experience working on Industrial / Logistic Centre projects

- Experience on projects above £40m
