Supply Early Years Practitioner
Location: Private Day Nurseries in Morley and surrounding areas

Are you passionate about early childhood development and looking for a flexible role where you can make a real difference? We are seeking an enthusiastic Supply Early Years Practitioner to join our team and work in various private day nurseries across Morley and surrounding areas.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years in different early years settings.

  • Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum.

  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

  • Encourage independent learning and promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through a range of activities.

  • Adhere to safeguarding and child protection policies, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care.

  • Collaborate with nursery teams to ensure a child-centred approach that reflects the diverse needs of all children.

  • Support and promote key worker roles, offering individualized care plans to ensure the best outcomes for every child.



Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.

  • A sound understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with children, families, and nursery teams.

  • Experience of working with children in a nursery or early years setting is desirable.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.

  • Passion for providing high-quality childcare and contributing to positive learning environments.

  • A flexible, proactive, and adaptable approach to working across different nurseries.
