Description
You will oversee and manage a team of customer service advisors providing line management as well as supporting the team to deliver excellent results
- Motivate and lead the team to ensure that an excellent service is delivered
- Coaching and development of the agents
- Work closely with senior management to drive potential changes around process and procedure
- Undertaking probationary reviews and monthly 1 to 1 meetings
- Equipping the team to manage and organize their workload to ensure targets are reached effectively
- Dealing with any escalations and investigating accordingly
- Providing management information and reporting on all aspects of team activity
Profile
Previous team leader experience ideally have worked within a professional services environment
Strong people and performance management skills, including mentoring and developing teams
Customer focused with a strong commitment to client care and providing a friendly and helpful first-class service
Able to work in a volume fast paced regulated environment
Set the standards in terms of the company culture and standards of excellence
