Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in commercial refurbishment? Looking for a long-term role with a reputable and growing contractor?TS Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established contractor specialising in commercial and industrial refurbishments across offices, warehouses, and educational facilities.

What’s on Offer:

  • Salary: £50,000–£60,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Vehicle: Choice of company car or car allowance
  • Holiday: 28 days including bank holidays, rising to 34 with long service
  • Pension: 3% employee contribution
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Location: Leeds-based office with projects across Yorkshire and the North West

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys and develop project programmes
  • Oversee 2–6 live projects depending on size and complexity
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Collaborate closely with Site Managers/Supervisors to maintain schedules
  • Provide on-site solutions and implement value engineering
  • Lead client meetings and produce regular progress reports
  • Manage subcontractor relationships and site coordination
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • Full UK driving licence required
