Project Manager

A respected construction consultancy based in Leeds is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team and deliver high-profile developments across the commercial, residential and education sectors. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager who is looking to take ownership of a diverse range of projects while working within a supportive and professional environment.

As a Project Manager, you will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle, from concept through to completion. The ideal Project Manager will be confident managing multiple stakeholders, handling project risk, and ensuring key deadlines and budgets are met. This is well suited to a Project Manager who thrives in a client-facing role and is keen to progress within a leading Leeds-based consultancy.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of construction projects across Yorkshire. This includes producing project plans, managing budgets and timelines, leading project meetings, and coordinating with contractors and design teams. The Project Manager will ensure that all work complies with health and safety regulations and that quality standards are maintained.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment, while also supporting junior colleagues and contributing to team development.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in a construction consultancy or client-side environment

• Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field

• Chartered or working towards (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM)

• Strong understanding of UK construction practices, contracts, and project controls

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Able to work from the Leeds office and attend local site visits

• £55,000 - £65,000
