THE ROLE
* Leading a small projects & commercial team. This will grow as the group expands.
* Overseeing project costing, commercial management & pricing strategies for M&E installs (mechanical led) up to c2-3m in value.
* Supporting sub-contractor appointments and programming.
* Providing technical management and project support at site/install stage.
* Ensuring project deadlines are met with the customer, with P&L responsibilities.
THE PERSON
* A proven Project Manager/Contracts Manager in mechanical building services, with a strong background in heating and mechanical services.
* Appreciation of additional M&E services.
* Experience of managing a small team, plus overseeing costings/commercials.
* Flexible to travel as required.
THE PACKAGE
Basic in the c60-70k bracket & company car (Tesla level) or allowance.
Excellent benefits to include 26 days holiday.
THE LOCATION
Ideally based within an hours commute of Leeds.
Suitable areas include: Leeds, Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield, Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster, Hull, York.
The role will be offered on a hybrid basis to include office, home and site visits.
