Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training to customers, ensuring all sessions meet the highest standards.
  • Update training materials to include the latest industry information and best practices.
  • Collaborate with governing bodies to maintain accreditation standards.
  • Promote our image and philosophies through exceptional training delivery.
  • Work closely with the management team to identify and implement business improvements.
  • Assist the business in acquiring further accreditations.
  • Developing bespoke courses and leading the development of courses into new sectors
  • Assist with any business and growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • CITB and either IPAF and PASMA tutor qualifications.
  • AET / PTLLS or equivalent.
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or Health & Safety Diploma.
  • Experience in the training and construction industry.
  • Proven teaching or instructional expertise.
  • A proactive individual with a passion for safety and education.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
  • Someone eager to learn and grow within a supportive company environment.
