Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training to customers, ensuring all sessions meet the highest standards.
- Update training materials to include the latest industry information and best practices.
- Collaborate with governing bodies to maintain accreditation standards.
- Promote our image and philosophies through exceptional training delivery.
- Work closely with the management team to identify and implement business improvements.
- Assist the business in acquiring further accreditations.
- Developing bespoke courses and leading the development of courses into new sectors
- Assist with any business and growth opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- CITB and either IPAF and PASMA tutor qualifications.
- AET / PTLLS or equivalent.
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or Health & Safety Diploma.
- Experience in the training and construction industry.
- Proven teaching or instructional expertise.
- A proactive individual with a passion for safety and education.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
- Someone eager to learn and grow within a supportive company environment.
