Description

• Monitor and manage the accounts receivable ledger to ensure timely payments.
• Contact clients to follow up on overdue invoices in a professional manner.
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Resolve payment discrepancies and client queries efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain accurate credit control reports for management review.
• Assist in assessing creditworthiness of new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to streamline processes.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Profile

A successful Credit Control professional should have:

• A gained previous experience in similar Debt Advisory, Credit Control or Customer Service Role
• Friendly, out going and hard working personality
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration
• Willingness to progress and learn
