This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is looking for a new challenge within a fast paced team.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Manage accurate billing for a portfolio of 200+ B2B and B2C customers
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices to support healthy cash flow
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and aged debt
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers while ensuring effective credit control
- Collaborate closely with finance and commercial teams to ensure robust monthly financial performance and balance sheet health
- Contribute to the overall financial stability and profitability of the group
- Proven experience in credit control within a B2B or B2C environment
- Track record of reducing aged debt and improving collection KPIs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management, with the ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- A self-starter with a passion for continuous personal and professional development
