**This is a hybrid role, 2/3 days in the Leeds office required**
We are searching for a experienced and passionate Administrator to join a growing and forward thinking adult education provider based in Leeds city centre.
Working as part of a busy team you will effectively administer the requirements of funded skills and employment programmes. Main duties will include supporting their learners and participants from registration and on boarding through to achievement of their training courses and progression into work.
This role also involves carrying out compliance checks, data entry using a management information (MI) system to record and report on the delivery of their services and general office administration tasks.
This role offers great flexible working, with the exception for you to be in the office 2/3 days a week. For someone who prefers to work face to face with their colleagues full time, there is a friendly and welcoming office to do so.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Training Administrator or Onboarding Officer with in a private education provider or college.
Skills Required
- Good standard of English (literacy) and Maths (numeracy)
- Have a good understanding of Adult Education and the compliance requirements around this.
- Exceptional organisational skill
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear and friendly communication skills and a great team player
- Strong IT Skills including Word and Excel
- Experience working in a data entry environment would be beneficial
- Self-motivated with natural problem-solving skills
- Great at multitasking and managing your time
