Our client is a leading company within their industry and due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their team.Monday – Friday  08:30 – 17:00Salary: £23,996

Duties and responsibilities

  • Run the service export reports and make sure they are correct and up to date
  • Inputting data onto the system
  • Ensure all company documents used are compliant
  • Monitoring and actioning any new Tickets within 24 hours
  • Follow GDPR regulations
  • Cancellation of any direct debits
  • Handling incoming calls and emails from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring service delivery and customer satisfaction at every touch point.
  • Interaction with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
  • Maintenance of records and filing
  • Arranging development calls for surveys
