Responsibilities of the role:Liaising with client and customers via telephone and emails, gathering information, and then confirming appointments. Working through customer queriesBooking appointments in for customers Tracking appointments and making necessary adjustments when needed.Diary management Checking availability for appointments and pre booking appointments.General administration to confirm bookings and appointments.
