Our client is urgently seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to work in a Public Sector role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced and growing team. They are looking for someone that has excellent Customer Service and with proven experience in handling formal correspondence—especially complaints or communications

Essential

  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Adviser in a Public Sector role
  • Experience of Customer Service, clerical support and office management
  • Strong written communication skills – Ability to draft clear, professional, and well-structured correspondence.
  • Proven experience handling formal correspondence, particularly: Complaint handling, Communications and engagements with senior public organisations
  • Candidates with recent experience in parliamentary or public sector roles are desired

Main duties are:

  • Managing correspondence and gathering information in order to provide an accurate and timely response
  • Managing and responding to complaints
  • Analysing data and running reports
  • Providing ministerial briefings
  • Leading on high profile and complex work within the team
  • Working with others to manage reputational risks
