We're looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a leading financial services provider, supporting customers through some of life's toughest moments - including illness, redundancy, or bereavement.

This is not a typical call centre role - every conversation matters. You will be trusted to make empathetic, fair decisions that support customers while meeting FCA standards.

Shifts & Hours

  • Training (first 4 weeks): Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

  • Post-academy: Monday-Friday, 8am-9pm and Saturday, 8am-4pm

  • Alternate Saturdays with a weekday off, or a permanent late shift with no weekends

  • Flexibility available if agreed before starting

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and occasional written queries with professionalism and empathy

  • Support customers in vulnerable or complex financial situations

  • Agree realistic repayment plans within company policy and FCA requirements

  • Assess customer income and expenditure to ensure solutions are affordable

  • Achieve KPIs while maintaining high service quality

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent listening and communication skills

  • Empathy, patience and resilience

  • Strong PC skills, including Word and Excel

  • Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment

  • Motivated to deliver the right outcomes for customers

  • Desirable: Experience in financial services, collections, or vulnerability support
